I am a BK alum (1962) and our brother-in-law had Guillain-Barre two years ago at age 69.  Although he struggled for a few months, he has recovered to almost 100 per cent.  I don’t know you, Matt, but wish you the best.  May God Bless you.  (Incidentally, we got him two new pillows with cotton pillowcases and he said that was the best present he had ever gotten.  The hospital’s plastic pillows with thin cases were awful!)

Matt, you will be in my prayers. So sorry to hear this. Not sure if you remember, but I used to drive you to school when you were a freshman at BK. If I remember correctly I may have traumatized you with my driving! Sorry for that! ;-) . Best wishes to you.
